Office of the Public Defender Law Clerkships and Internships give students an opportunity to assist attorneys in many aspects of a criminal case. Positions may be available in all districts and divisions of the OPD. Each participant is assigned to a particular unit and will work directly with the attorneys and other staff within that group.
