HOW TO REQUEST AN 

INVESTIGATOR

1.   Complete portions of the  Investigation Request Form that relate to case information and submit it to the attorney who paneled the case to you. 

​

2.   If approved, assigning attorney selects an investigator and completes the contact information portion of the form.  

​

3.   Assigning attorney emails the form indicating approval to scott.reid@maryland.gov.

   

4.   The panel attorney may contact the investigator as soon as the assigning attorney approves the request.
