
Becky Feldman
Deputy Public Defender
Becky Feldman is the Deputy Public Defender for Maryland's Office of the Public Defender. Her main responsibilities include:

Identifying agency resource and technology needs and recommending solutions

Tracking and evaluating district and division caseloads

Writing and distributing agency internal and external communications
Before her work as the Deputy, Becky served as a post-conviction public defender, the Chief of the Post Conviction Defenders Division, and managed the Agency's state-wide Unger litigation. In 2014, she was awarded the Public Defender's highest honor, the Alan H. Murrell Leader of Justice Award.
Becky is life-long Maryland resident and a graduate of Loyola University and the University of Baltimore School of Law.
